Strategy, Marketing & Commerce:

Developing dedicated real estate marketing and sales strategies, financial management, capital control, and providing full support for the project and buyers from the initial call until the key is handed over. Yoav ensures financial stability, effective deal closing, and ongoing support for all project stakeholders until delivery.

Engineering & Execution:

Managing and supervising complex engineering projects, including TAMA 38 and urban renewal. Full responsibility for construction quality, meeting deadlines, and navigating statutory authorities. Sagi is in charge of quality control and scheduling, ensuring work is performed at a high standard based on extensive experience in luxury construction and urban renewal management.

Company Appraiser:

Responsible for the economic framework and valuation of the company's real estate projects. Ido brings expertise in market analysis, economic feasibility studies (Zero Reports), and managing taxation and levy aspects with the authorities. His role ensures that every project is built upon a solid economic foundation, maximizing building rights and ensuring profitability and stability for the company and its partners throughout the project's lifecycle.
